So what is the range on these computers? Ive been racking my brain but there are so many dang options.
I dont want to build a 1080 machine but a very smooth 2K or higher.
I dont know enough about the computer parts to feel confident.
I have a home version fireball cabinet so I wont be able to go big on the screens and will probably have to keep it to just 2.
How well would that computer do?
That PC would do fine up to 2k
The 1660 was simply made before 4k gaming was such a big thing, so it was not intended for it
I have 0 idea what size LCD can fit in a 1971 fireball cabinet though as a playfield
The sale on that machine is over though, it was only a 48 hour sale
it went back up to 700, which still probably isn't bad factoring in GPU prices
I can spec you out a PC
It is probably going to cost about $800 due to having to buy the 1660Ti retail for somewhere between $200 and $300
PC itself will be about $500 and will use a newer CPU than the above one.
Problem right now is, everything you wait on to think about or what not
it goes out of stock and then the price goes to hell with people reselling what they bought last week for half
Between $300 and $400, i could find a GTX 3050 or GTX 3060
If you feel the need to empty your wallet in my direction, i don't have any way to receive it anyways

So the RX 6600 or 3050 would take care of what I need?
I was thinking I had to go with 3070
See other thread you have open
If you think that 4k may be in your future, then go with a 3060 or rx 6600 XT
i mean you can go higher, if your budget allows
And if 4K isnt in your future a plain 6600 or 3050 will crush 2k no problem
If you feel the need to empty your wallet in my direction, i don't have any way to receive it anyways
