Short of learning how to design and program vPX tables, is there a simple way to replace the backglass on Desktop style tables?  There are a lot of tables that have the wrong backglass because they seem to have been derived from a different table, or they don't have any backglass at all, just the table and the DMD.

 

Take the table below, Big Trouble in Little China.  It has the Canasta 86 backdrop.  I'd like to do a proper backdrop for it, but how do I go about replacing the Canasta background with the one I design?

 

 

Are there are ny special requirements as the the file format, size, aspect ratio, color depth, etc?

Just import your image into your Image Manager

 

 

And then select it in "DT Image"

 

 

I use 16/9 settings (1920 x 1080 x 72ppp) and JPG format

And just in case anyone is interested in this backdrop, here it is.  It's 2560x1440 (16:9 ar).

 

Import it into your table as described in Post#2 above.
