Were there any other pinball games that had the same "combined" flipper return lane/ outlane setup besides Hardbody and Dungeons and Dragons?
Bally's 1982 "BMX" table had the same outlane into inlane feature. In fact, "Hardbody" used the same playfield layout as "BMX" basically. I think "BMX" also was the first table to use the unusual outlane into inlane feature, but I could be wrong.

You are right. BMX has also magnets on it.
By magnets, you mean flex saves. And Dungeons & Dragons has them too. As for which is first - check IPDB. Motordome was similar, however the flex save base was positioned at the inlane guide. I think Bally was the only company to use the flex save system. TAB - your mirrored outlanes look good - maybe make the mirror'd area a little blurred and hide the side of the posts that would be covered by the mirror?
