Thank you for this table.

In my case the included rom does not run with the table (VP 10.7 beta).

The 4-player version Cowboy Eight Ball 2 runs fine.

Ups. I almost missed that there is actually two different versions of this LTD release. Thank you once again JP, Michael, Akilles50000, Carlos, Nasa and Stat !

From now on. I won't help anyone here at VPF. Please ask Noah why that is.

UPDATE

1.0.1 Updated 22.05.2020
- Fixed drop targets not resetting right during balls.
- Added the rom and the alternative rom as a separate download.

I thought it was strange that the droptargets didn't reset right after each ball. It is fixed now :)
I also added an alternative rom for this table. The bin files are different but to me they seem to work just the same.

You mean the flippers not being "fastflips"?

And the music is funny ;)

Hey Jp, awesome work as usual.  So what does the alternate rom do?  Is there a big difference?

They look the same to me, but the bin files are different. I guess it is simply another dump.

Hi JP.

Thanks for sharing another table that reminds me of my childhood and adolescence. I will be able to enjoy these wonders again.

Thanks also to Carlos, Jean Carlo de Araújo, mfuegemann, STAT and everyone else who is always contributing.  :otvclap:  :dblthumb:
A big hug. (Virtual hug is allowed right?  :P)

Dunno if this helps but from my scripts\vpmkeys.vbs file

keyInsertCoin1   = 4   '(3)    Insert coin in slot 1
keyInsertCoin2   = 5   '(4)    Insert coin in slot 2
keyInsertCoin3   = 6   '(5)    Insert coin in slot 3
keyInsertCoin4   = 7   '(6)    Insert coin in slot 4

I have keys 3 4 5 and 6 as coin slot 1 2 3 and 4

It is also possible that you may have to look at the table script
as you can over ride this in the table script

If you feel the need to empty your wallet in my direction, i don't have any way to receive it anyways

Spend it on Hookers and Blow

UPDATE

4.0.0 Updated 21.9.2022
- Updated to my VPX7 physics
- cleaned up and deleted unused graphics & reduced the size of the table
- Added my VPX7 LUT changer to darken the table (hold down LEFT CTRL while change with RIGHT CTRL). Including GI brightness adjustment. Use the LUT changer together with the day/night slider to give the table the level of darkness you prefer.
- Updated my mechanical set of sounds to a more "under the glass" sound, as people seem to like those kind of sounds better.
- Changed the Environment image to enhance a little the object shadows.
- Some small small script updates, like the Rolling sound and PlaySoundAt routines.
- Made the light inserts warmer.
