This is Viking King by LTD do Brasil.
 
Resources have been hard to find and I had to redraw the playfield and plastics.
Thanks go to CARLOSGUIZZO and João Pedras for providing the images for this.
At the top of the script You have the option to adjust the sound volume and GI brightness, set FreePlay and add a center post between the Flippers.
 
Gaston and I are unsure about the scoring while the Drop Targets are reset at the beginning of a new ball for lit lights 1/2/3. There is no obvious option to avoid the scoring. Maybe it is some sort of Bonus feature, it feels strange, though.
Unfortunately there was no gameplay video or playable table available to clarify this.

The ROM can be found at VPUniverse, for instance.

I guess i had the same Issue as Scorpion mentioned at the Download Site, could not add Coins with 5-Key,

i added to Line 65: if FreePlay and keycode = Startgamekey or keycode=6 then ...
