Can any table be easily rendered in DT vs FS mode at the simple flip of a switch in Visual Pinball 10?

 

Been out of it for a while and I seem to recall in earlier v9 days each table was made specifically for DESKTOP or for FULL SCREEN, but could not switch easily back and forth.

 

Is this the case still for v10?

Yes, if the author set up both DT and FS settings.  Go into Preferences->Video Options.  You can control DT vs FS with "Use always FS backdrop settings"
