BS2 Server Plugins not saving.

So after trying to get DOF to work with Pinball FX3 suddenly no toys where working in Visual Pinball.

I have narrowed it down to that BS2 Server Plugin is not loading the directOutput plugin.

I have had it working briefly by activating and deactivating plugins for B2S Server but most of the time it does not show up att all as an installed plugin.

On the flip side "PinUpPlayer Display Driver" always shows up.

 

What could be wrong?
I have tried a fresh install of directOut put, I have even tried moving the whole directOutput folder to "tables/plugins" instead of just the shortcut.
