I was able to source some great field effect transistors as part of my main business and am offering them at below Mouser/Digikey/etc. prices

They must be sold in pairs due to eBay policy - has to be $0.99 or above per offer.

 

I'm building one of the Pinscape board sets and got some extras.  Feel free to load up, these are great FETs for robots and other maker circuits.
