Manufacturer: Gottlieb
Year: 1977
Permission to MOD?: Yes, without approval

This is a desktop conversion of allknowing2012's excellent Mustang (Gottlieb) full screen table.  I reworked the backglass to work with 16x9 displays and made some very minor changes.

Note: this is a 2-player version of Bronco which I also recently converted.

The 3-ball and 5-ball games have different rules. This is how the real table is. To switch between the two versions, change it manually in the script.

Special thanks to allknowing2012 for the excellent table.

Thanks for this, DarthMarino.  I've had a question about bumpers on some of the latest VP9 tables, and since this one is fresh I will post it here.  I've notice that the bumpers appear a bit squished (short) to me, and found a setting (Height Offset) that seems to adjust it visually.   I changed the value from 0 to 20 on bumper 1 and 3 (leaving 2 on the right unchanged), and you can see the change here:

The table (along with Bronco, which is essentially the same thing) was originally designed for full screen only so it wouldn't have mattered there.  I didn't change anything when I converted it.  I think they look pretty good with a height offset of 10.

Thanks DarthMarino.  I was wondering if changing this setting changed the gameplay.  It didn't seem to in my test, but wanted to make sure I wasn't missing something.  Thanks again for your awesome work and contributions!

As long as the cap is high enough to let the ball hit the bumper it shouldnt really matter for game play.
