A mod of dboyrecords Andromeda FS version.
I first want to thank dboyrecords for allowing mods without permission.
I also want to thank him and anyone else who helped make this table come to life. Including Lander, Inkochnito, aldiode, STAT, Kiwi, and Destruk.

I made 2 versions. One with Lit Rollover Dividers, and one thats not.
 
I first started this mod, wanting to fix the apron.
I then reshaped and moved plastics.
I then added new plastics.
Alot of changes. See the WIP topic for all changes.

I also will be making a dB2S Backglass for this, as I don't see one available here.
The Pic for it isn't very good, but it will work until a better pic can be found.

After one or two balls, I have an script error on line 76 in the "Quick Ball Sound V1.1 by STAT" sub.

Have you tried  the original table to see if you get same error?

I didn't modify anything on the script so it is the same as original, I only made graphical changes.

Maybe STAT could help you with info, as I have very little knowledge of his quick ball sound script.

I test it today. :-) The error is also in the original table. I have another version without Stats Quick Ball Sound and that one works.

It's a problem with Stats script.

Ok, Looks like dboyrecords has forgotten something to disable at some Triggers ...
Quick Ball Sound by me, but added by dboyrecords, and there is something to modity in Table too ... i ll take a look at this ... isnt the big Thing ...
 
Edit: ok heres the fix, search for:

Sub SolShift(Enabled)
If Enabled Then
If DrainBalls=1 Then
Drain.DestroyBall
Controller.Switch(11)=0
bsTrough.AddBall 0
DrainBalls=0
TriggerS.TimerEnabled = False
End If
End If
End Sub

and Change it to (just put the one Line up, above Drain.DestroyBall):

Sub SolShift(Enabled)
If Enabled Then
If DrainBalls=1 Then
TriggerS.TimerEnabled = False
Drain.DestroyBall
Controller.Switch(11)=0
bsTrough.AddBall 0
DrainBalls=0
End If
End If
End Sub

 

BallSound must be disabled, before the Ball can be destroyed, thats all.

I get the script error even on the files that were modified to fix the problem. Just wondering if there was another fix for this or not?

What exactly does your script error say?

There was a script error pertaining to ball rolling sounds, but version 1.1 has that error fixed.

I have a very strange issue with this table. (I never had this before on any other of the 327 running games). On my Cab-PC the player earns ALWAYS an extra ball, when the ball makes the 1st point, "shoot again" starts blinking, later the light becomes permanently lit. Regardless how many players are playing. This does not happen on other Game- Plan tabels. And this coccurs not at my Lab- PC (100% same hardware and configuration than the Cab-PC) on which I am tweaking the tables.

 

Has anyone an idea???

I have tried to replicate this and I haven't been able to yet.

Have you checked your F6 Dip Switch Menu settings?

Hit F6 while table is running. Is there a setting possibly doing this?

Does the F6 setting match your other PC's F6 settings?

YES, you are right ... I checked all settings, the devil is in "replay or free ball award", this must be set to "no award" then the game plays correctly and all other setting are executed logically, e.g. Match feature and 3 credits for beating high score.

 

I hope with this finding and the report I can help others playing your wounderful recreation.

Even after downloading the updated version, I still got the error at line 76, after the first ball drain. Simply deleting the likes fixed the problem but now there is no ball rolling sound effects, but at least the table is playing.
