File Name: Nautilus (Playmatic 1984) FS VP9.9

File Submitter: mfuegemann

File Submitted: 22 Nov 2016

File Category: VP 9.x Cabinet Tables (FULL SCREEN)

Author(s): mfuegemann
Manufacturer: Other - Pinball
Year: 1984
ROM: Link to ROM
Permission to MOD?: Yes, without approval

This is Nautilus by Playmatic, Full Screen edition.

Akiles sent me images and plastics scans of this nice Spanish pin. I started the table from scratch and found out some missing switches.
It was hard to get/recreate a satisfying playfield image. I do think that the original print was already blurry.

Zany contributed the great looking 3D Bumpercaps, drop targets and flipper models.

The kickback is only active when two of the same colored backbox lights are lit (advanced by drop target hits).
Therefore I added the option at the top of the script to display those lights on the apron, if You do not want to run the B2S.

A B2S backglass, I created for this pin is availiable as a separate download.

The table is behaving a little bit odd compared to other ROMs, so the stranage Hit and Unhit events are there intentionally.

A text file containing the table rules is included in the download file.
Have fun and please use the support topic to post any findings and suggestions.

Michael

Thanks for this one. Some tables have art that is made to fit the table, but this is clearly a table that was made to fit the art...

Very interesting way to build a table

And art it is. The drawings are beautiful.
