Two versions, the first one is for 2-screen cabs with an 16:9 BG monitor.
The second version is for everybody else. This version has 3-screen support but should also be used on 2-screen cabs with an 4:3 BG monitor.
 
No flashers since the original didn't have any.
 
BG and animation snippets from DarthMarino, don't miss his analog controlled version for z-axis if you have a plunger.
