Thanks to STAT for providing resources. 
 
There weren't many pics so I did my best with what I had, no good side views but the sides generally shouldn't be very visible once on the table.  If you look at the texture maps you can see it's easy to add in mapping later should a good side view pic become available.  Provided is both a texture baked map as well as diffuse map in the event you only want to use game engine lighting (texture bake bakes the 3D scenes lighting onto the object's map).
