I stole Wildman's DB2S (with his permission) and I stole Aldiode's idea (I didn't ask his permission, sorry!) I mixed in a pic from IPDB and a cool one I found Googling... Enjoy!
 
I also mapped the flipper and magnasave buttons to work as joystick, check thread for more info...
