I have made this out of my boredom. Controls:
 

• Right flipper button(Right Shift) - lift ball from the trough
• Plunger(Enter) - launch the ball
• Start(1) - Reset the game

Once you get high score you'll hear the knocker - if it's too loud, adjust the volume properly.
 
The rules are on the right part of the apron. I have tried to reduce the reflections on it as much as possible.
