This is the animated backglass for Time Machine by Zaccaria.
 
Zany reworked the backglass image and did a redraw of the center plastic. He also reworked the illuminated words that could not be recovered from lit backlass images.
I put the pieces together and corrected two errors, where wrong switch numbers had been specified within the manual.
