Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs

Version: 1.0.1
Category: VP 8.x Originals

Author(s): Rascal

Description:
Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs theme.
There are lots of sights and sounds in this one. There are plenty of things to do too. It has a mini playfield, a ball hold, and a seven ball multi-ball, to name a few. Press "r" for the rules.

This table is fun for the young kiddies too. If you press "a" in the beginning of the game, all controls will be set to the letter "a" and a post will appear between the flippers. One button does it all and it should keep the kids happy for hours.

The overlay itself isn't what makes a table initialise slowly; it's the rendering of VP light objects underneath the decal area. If this is problem for you, using dropwall-type lights instead will solve it.

A really excellent table - good graphics, good gameplay...well linked in with the theme - cool smile.gif

[One very minor criticism - the ball stays in the pop-bumpers for far too long most of the times it goes in there]

Thanks for sharing.
Dan.
A wizard only needs one ball...but can handle six.

That looks really cool! And VP9 will render it much faster than VP8. - by faster, I mean 8 or 9 seconds. Enable hardware rendering, change the flipper thickness and offset for all 6 flippers, and it's good to go when you resave and quit.

Build a fire, vipers love the heat.

Thanks for the fun table. Nice theme.

I agree on the Pop bumper time. And I like the random ball shooter from the mirror, but a number of times it would bounce off something and straight down the drain. Any chance of a ball save?

Fun game! Nice a crisp graphics, Thanks!

Thanks for the kind words and advice. I will work on this table some more and release a upgrade which will load faster and fix the bumper hang ups. Maybe I'll add a ball save too.

I'll play with a VP9 version too.

I'm sorry NicToria, but this table would be extremely hard to convert. I used one big decal overlay which is on the backglass itself. This decal is pretty much everything nice looking in one picture and is set with the 4:3 perspective. To make a FS table would mean to pretty much start from scratch with it's graphics.

To understand what I mean, just go to the backglass view and delete the blue color decal and then run the table. YUCK!

Oh heck, here is a screen shot of it without it's skin. Brace yourself it ain't pretty!
