Ok, what's the trick to getting this table to work....

Tried all the usual things...redownloaded, reset the nvram (F3), deleted the nvram, used 9.9.0, used 9.2.1.....no luck. Comes up, looks like it initializes and nothing. I do see a locked ball in the center, and then just off to the right I see another one flickering.

I recall something like that long time ago and thought it was related to the vbs file for gottlib

zeenon:  Its a gottlieb system 1 which I think has the credit key set to "3" so try that.  if you want to change it so that you can press the 5 key as you usually do, you can try the following but first a disclaimer:

"The Loafer is NOT a table author so more than likely, the change he's proposing ain't gonna cut it so if you want to try it, BACK UP the vbs he's about to tell you to edit first, so you can restore it if this messes something up"

Still here?  Ok, in your table folder, right click on the gts1.vbs and select "edit", then find this line:

Case keyInsertCoin1  vpmTimer.AddTimer 750,"vpmTimer.PulseSw swCoin1'" : Playsound SCoin

and change it to this:

Case keyInsertCoin3  vpmTimer.AddTimer 750,"vpmTimer.PulseSw swCoin1'" : Playsound SCoin

If I am not mistaken, the "keyinsertcoin3" variable point to the 5 key while the keyinsertcoin1 variable points to the 3 key.  This seem to work for me

Dboyrecords:  a couple of bugs

- Wall340 and wall339:  Just a guess but I think the height should be set to 5, not 25 as that interferes with the ball when coming from the outlanes

- centerballkicker:   its visible in a "glitch" way on my system, is that actually supposed to be visible?

Not sure what to say about walls 340 and 339, I added them... It seems those wire guides below the flippers are often omitted by authors but I don't know why? But it is screwed up, SORRY. You can safely delete those 2 or like Loaf said, reduce height to 5 which renders them basically useless anyway! I saw them on the playfield pic and thought they should be there... my bad.

- centerballkicker:   its visible in a "glitch" way on my system, is that actually supposed to be visible?

I don't think it's supposed to be there. I didn't mess with that one! I'm no author either, just a tweaker who knows enough to be a danger to himself and others. ;)

Power to the people!
