looking for a Gold Wings  instruction manual

my first table, I taught I update one instead of starting from scratch, It is a learning experience for me.

I"m updating Destruk, Gold Wings 1.0 4:3 VP8 table  with CaptainNeos beutifull FS playfied scan.

I have most of the mechanical settings are finished, expect for the Loopty Loop ramp,

Attached File  2.PNG   836.7KB   13 downloads

and the major problem

Attached File  Capture.PNG   472.23KB   11 downloads

I know their is some type of switch/trigger/singlshot/target inside the green circle.

Destruk only had a wall but from this video (@ 0:52)  I see a chrome  looking target

I'm eventually going to need some help with the script, updating:

- the Flashers from bumpers to JP's   fading images.

- I made a Play filed OFF/ON  for the lights, they don't seem to update to flash the images, only the color specified in the light panel.

It must be one of those kicking targets.
You can use a wall with a slingshot not animated and then just animate a primitive or wall for the kick

Lights need to be custom shapes to use the playfield image as the on/off image. the standard circle shapes are only colored.

May be easier the rewrite the script.
Just ask when you get to the scripting

I need  pictures of the plastics  I only have this image for them.

since its a camouflage the details can be forgiving but the shapes are not.  The lower plastics is what I desperately need.

I redrew one of the pieces,  I made a transparent glass/plastic PNG in Photoshop and noticed that the VP editor has a problem with transparent images.  live and learn.

you are probably right,  I updated all the lights to shapes and the table starts but crashes when the lights start to flash.

What issue are you having with transparent edges?

I think the issue was with the builder not knowing what he was doing. LOL

I deconstructed finished tables to learn how, others build their tables.

one solution was to add a flat ramp and wrap the image on it.

Attached File  desk.PNG   602.79KB   7 downloads

Attached File  fs.PNG   2.01MB   7 downloads

it worked out okay, some of the 3D effect on the multiple layers is noticeable.

Unfortunately the ball  can no longer go up the actual ramps,  as the ramps used for decoration are acting as "Walls".

If their is a way to disable the ramp function and only see it as a decoration the problem is gone if not I might have to add everything with the use of walls.

let me be the first to say:

The shapes of the plastics are NOT ACCURATE

the camouflage pattern in the plastics are NOT ACCURATE

The shapes where done Free Hand with the help of some IPD and ebay pictures.
