File Name: Dungeons & Dragons Desktop (VPin 9.2.1)

File Submitter: mfuegemann

File Submitted: 05 May 2014

File Category: VPinMAME 9.x Recreations

Author(s): mfuegemann
Manufacturer: Bally
Year: 1987
ROM: Link to ROM
Permission to MOD?: No

This is Dungeons & Dragons by Bally Desktop Edition.

Resources have been thin and so I was glad that Nerbflong provided me not only with highres images of the table but also with video footage to compare my recreation to. Based on his images I did a playfield redraw, extracted the plastics and reassambled the pin.
I also want to thank the authors of the VP8 table Destruk and Lander for the correct lights mapping. The Bally manual is no help there.

Again I used the backdrop image provided by Bolt - thank You for this.

So please check, if Your magna save buttons are installed correctly on Your cabinet. This table is nasty, fast and fun.
You will almost certainly need the nvram file to start a game - it is availiable on this site.

I have left some place at the top to position the display, as I could not find a better spot for it.
Have fun and please use the support topic to post any findings and suggestions.
Michael

Danke für den Tisch Michael. Ich habe aber eine Problem: Insert Coins funktioniert nicht. Ich höre nur den Sound, aber zählen tut es nicht.

Was mache ich falsch bitte um Hilfe. (Vp 9.9.0)

Hi,

in this case, You have to replace the nvram file in Your pinmame\nvram folder.

Please search for nvram in downloads. The first hit is bally_6803 - this is the one You need. It contains a lot more table nvram files for later use.

Regards

Michael
