I believe this is a table with a static image,  I did not find a video with any animation and the existing files don't have any animations.
 
 
I cut a snippit out of 
main logo
player 
ball
 
 
I did not like the lamp behind the image affect.  I darkened the back ground and increased the exposure on the snippits,  Almost seems like a mild 3D effect.
 
all indicator animations are active.
