Gottlieb System 3 street level.  I believe these had a volume knob inside the coin door.

The only way to raise the volume on the Gottlieb tables is to click on the PinMAME (score) window, press the tilde key (the key to the left of the 1 key) to open a white box, use the up and down arrow keys to scroll to the volume channels then use the left and right arrow keys to lower or raise the volume.  When you are finished adjusting the channels press the tilde key to close the white box then click anywhere on the table to return focus to the table.

Note that this does not always save the adjustments when you exit the table.

no way to adjust gottleib system 3 volume anywhere?

The method to adjust the volume is that described by Ta2686 in post n4,

some tables do not use the true VPinMame DMD so it is not possible to select it with a click,

first you need to make the DMD visible and then you can adjust the volume.
What tables can't you adjust the Volume?
