Are there any mod notes? I know I make a lot of these when I do a mod so that people know what changes were made. Also I'm curious if whatever changes were made will also make for a desktop version.

I own this table in real life & have spent a lot of time with it. I still have yet to play LH's version or this mod since I don't really have a need to, but I will soon & I'm happy to share my thoughts & feedback.

Thanks for the B2S mod Rog, appreciated. I don't know about what was changed aside from the B2S backglass but at first glance, the layback settings are a nice improvement to the look of the table.

Not much is done to the table itself, LH's version is really great already.

I did:
- Layback view.
- Made the insert lights brighter.
- Added the flipper tapping code.
- Made the upper left ramp Alpha transparent.
- A few physics tweaks.
- B2S backglass.

Dear Rosve,

otvclap.gif

awesome table, I think I was the first one installing BK2K this morning in Germany!

Is there an easy way to reduce brightness of the lamps in the backglass? The effects are great but too intense!

Thanks again!

It's supposed to be intensive. That's why they put flasher bulbs behind the glass.

Great to have another B2S table Roger, thanks very much for this one good.gif

The backglass looks perfect for that dark garage atmosphere smile.gif This table still looks great, the Lord did a fantastic job on the gfx with the refections and lighting and great contrast on the inserts.

Rob, a question on the real machine... when you flip the ball up to the top playfield from the right flipper, does it often get snagged on the top lanes, or carry on round to the top flipper, or a mixture of both?

Cheers all drinks.gif

edit: is there a quick fix for the broken plunger animation, I think the layback is responsible for this

Well, UVP have been blamed a long time for making some tables show microstutter and in some cases rendered them non-playable.
B2S is a new way to get past this, rosve better explain the techniques behind it cause I'm not the devoloper.
Plus it looks better and can accomplish a lot more than UVP in my opinion.
The downside of it is that there are only 1 or 2 persons on here that has the knowledge to make those, so it will take a while for all UVPs to be replaced.
I don't use uvp at all, only a static background except for those with B2S of course.

i know what b2s is but just wanted to know it's advantages over uvp on bg that doesn't have active elements (like ss spider). i have all my table uvp and b2s.

If anything really the only advantage in that case would be if you have stutter, it could resolve that. I've only been replacing tables that have issues or have animations. They both have their uses.

I believe my answer was sufficient as to the question you asked. If you want technical details, you'll just have to wait for rosve to respond if he has the time in between playing and creating.
