Upon starting the table I get an error message.

Type Mismatch "WriteLed"

I commented out the line and the table plays, but I'm not sure if that will effect anything else later on.

Copy the B2S.vbs from the download to your tables folder.

Not quite sure I follow. I thought this was the UVP version. I don't use B2S backglass.

I removed the B2S code from the UVP version, so feel free to redownload it.

I redownloaded it and the error is still there. I commented it out again to get it working. But now 9 times out of 10 the ball won't eject into the plunger lane to start play. Is this happening to anyone else?

You have to wait 10 seconds before hitting start. The emulation needs some time to fully function with this game.
I used to have a timer enabled to force the wait, but it was interfering.

Run the game, wait ten seconds, then hit start and enjoy....
