BobsBOP 2012 FS

Version: 2012
Category: VP 9.x Cabinet Tables (FULL SCREEN)

Author(s): Bob5453

Description:
Full Screen
In this download is a FS table, optional Backglass and Optional B2S Backglass loading onto a 2nd screen.

Read the "How To Install B2S Static Backglass" Text file included if you are interested in loading this (or any) backglass onto a second monitor without using HyperPin or UVP.

Thanks to Wizard_Hat for the Score Display System used in this table. I used the demo table with his display in it as a starter table (available here somewhere.)

I made this a non-active Backglass just to show you how easy it is to add a static backglass and it would be more effort than it's worth to change this table's scoring system over to a working B2S, plus I really like the Alpha-numeric display on this table.

I made it just for you Mace. smile.gif

Or for a couple of guys that use just one monitor to play FS tables and can't see the score on them when they are B2S.

Thanks, Bob!

Nice table with as well nice chosen female voice.
The intro loop reminds me of the "Yello" song - "Time Freeze".

You know your music Walter. wink.gif

The female voice is just one of those computer generated female voices, I think it was Heather's voice. smile.gif

Heather, of course. The voice came to me immediately so familiar
I think I then used several times heather's voice for my Nova project.

...okay, finally loaded the cab and going to try this now smile.gif

Just a reminder to make sure the names are the same for the b2s!! I notice the exe has a different name and will cause issues for those who don't know to change it!
cheers,
Maceman

EDIT: Okay, something is fishy in Denmark smile.gif I am getting the godzilla BG instead of the Bop?

EDIT2: My apologies...okay, I understand what is going on now. Please ignore my BG comment above!!

EDIT3: Wow Bob!! This is fantastic! Great job. I was just asking myself the other day whether 'animations' would work in VP, and i can see you figured it out with the exploding targets- very cool!

Thanks Mace, as you noticed, the table isn't a B2S backglass out of the box. It is just a normal table with a backglass image thrown in the zip, but you can un-comment 2 lines and follow the instructions, then you could have the backglass automatically load on a second monitor using the included B2S exe, if you don't use HyperPin or UVP (like me.) That B2S.exe will work for any backglass and table, I use it for all of my static backglasses when playing FS with 2 monitors, but no cab.

The explosions look better on the desktop version as I just turned this version without editing them. If I had a better pc, I would have made them out of droppable angled alpha ramps and they would have looked much better, but then I couldn't have played the table with my current pc.

...so what are they? are they animated gifs or actually vid? I am wondering if we can do short vid clips?
I would imagine if it is something VB can do, than maybe it would work.

You did a great job here. Can you make the girl say " I love you Maceman"... smile.gif
