studmuff....

You may get your wish. After I finish Mata Hari, Flash Gordon is the likely candidate for re-working. I'll put out both versions when I do.

I ahve no idea, Chris. I'm not set up to run 16:9 tables in any way. Destruk could tell you how to run them.

Hi!

About rotating the monitors. Are you saying that I have to rotate my PC Screen, because that doesn't rotate. I have a 19'inch Flat Screen Crt Monitor. I've had this for almost 8 years. I guess the LCD Monitors of today maybe can do that. But if this isn't the case, how do you rotate the monitor? I'm a little confused here. What options do I have to go to. I've tried looking in the options menu on Visual Pinball 9.0.2 Didn't see anything about selecting monitor, then rotate it 90 degrees. I wish this could be easy. I don't have alot of experience when it comes to this stuff. All I can do is download the program, copy and paste rom files, etc. Thanks.

Chris

Hi Chris. The 16:9 tables are really meant for people that have pinmame cabinets

http://vpforums.org/...?showtopic=1571

You want to run the regular tables. Right now visual pinball 9.0.2 is kind of a beta version which you can run only tables that have been converted to vp9. If they say 16:9 it means that it is setup for 2 widescreen monitors : 1 for the playfield and one for the backglass. Your monitor is 4:3. You will likely enjpy VP8 more at this time b/c it has hundreds of tables to play for your monitor. I think there are only about 20-30 4:3 tables released to play in VP9 right now.
I hope this helps.
Tom.

On my computer there are slight ball trails in this table while there are none in the other 16:9 conversions. Also the PinMame window other than the backglass numbers appears at the bottom of the table. Is it supposed to be that way? Any others with these issues? How can I fix them? I want to make it so the PinMame window doesn't show up and also to make the ball smooth.

Well, in the controller section of table_init, you can add Controller.Hidden=1 to make the vpm window entirely disappear. I think most of these simply move it where it would be 'offscreen'.
As for ball trails, that would mean your pc is slowing down when running the game.
