Nice work for your first table Rockit.

Just a suggestion. If you save your ball image as a 24-bit Bitmap image you will not have a square box around the ball. Transparency will work on the ball image. Good job keeping the file size down with all the sounds and images. I like the theme.

Thanks

I have exported balls that are 24bit bmp images and put them in other tables and I still get the square box. Is there anything I can do? Maybe it has to do with the size as well? But other times it works -- no square box.

If you re-import a ball image from another table you must use the same Transparency color for the ball image that the original table used for the ball image.
The outside Transparent color of the ball image must be set to Transparency in the image manager. It could be black, white, green, pink or whatever the transparent color is on the ball image. On this table the Transparency color for the ball image is white. Hope that helps.

You can have VP 8 and VP 9 side by side on the same system in the same folder.

I just tried it in VP912 and it seems to work. Okay I played it some more and the ramps don't seem to work smoothly. For example I can't seem to get the ball up the multiball ramp as it goes up 1/4 of the way and then comes back down or jumps off and gets stuck behind drop targets on right. The small ramp on the right is able to be made but will usually not make it around the loop.

Ok, I just downloaded this table, but I can't get it to do anything. I've been away from VP for several years, has it changed that much?

The table renders, and it looks good, but I have pressed every button on my keyboard and I can not start a game.

Never mind, VP had to start as administrator.

I've probably done something wrong so need help please.

This table was a .rar so I've extracted it and it is now in my TABLES folder as bluesbrothers1980.vpt.

I can't find a ROM set for the table.

Anyone help please?

Thanks

It looks like an original table, it does not need the ROM.
Did you try to play?
