Seems a very nice table. Thank you.
But I get this:

Attached File  Clip.jpg   368.69KB   64 downloads

Note that other B2S tables are displaying correctly.
Alsoif I hit enter ( plunger) twice, I can play with two balls at the same time. Is that normal? think.gif

Check your ScreenRes file. If you are using one monitor, the settings for both playfield display and backglass display should be the same (playfield resolution)

Yes, Instant Multiball. You only need to hit enter once, the other balls is launced automatically.
2 on the first ball, 3 on the second and 4 on the last ball.

I cant really say why the bg is too large, It is using exactly the same b2s code as Dipsy Doodle.
Look if the screen resolution selected in VP is 1368*768.

You can tune the size of the bg by changing the first two parameters in ScreenRes.

The B2S bg does not show the inferior part, where there seems to be a dmd ?

If you look at the DipsyDoodle image above, you can see that all the lights are in the wrong position (same as you have on Space1999). it is most likly that the first two lines in ScreenRes doesn't match your screen setting in VP.

1234fd, I think I know what is causing your resolution problems.

I guess that you have set a parameter in the screen setup to increase the size of windows objects to 125%.

In B2S I am using the standard Windows System.Drawing library to draw images on the backglass and that setting is also affecting the B2S backglass.

Here is a screenshot of the window in Control Panel where to find the setting (in swedish I am afraid but I think that you know how to find it)

Brilliant! otvclap.gif otvclap.gif otvclap.gif
But itīs either 125% or getting stronger eye-glasses!
I can switch it to normal when playing VP.
Thanks a lot ! dblthumb.gif

I would like to thank you 1234fd for your excellent reply . If I go into Control Center and them go under Display and change the way I have text set to 125% down to 100% my pins play fine . That is what was causing the scoring digits on the pins to be out of wack. Once again , I thank you very much for your reply.

I can only load this up in v9.11 but cannot get it to run. It always makes VP crash. It will not even load in any other version of VP9.x without crashing VP. Can the author please help me as I love Space 1999. It was my fav show of the 80's! - Also please please please do a Future Pinball version!
(Same with both versions of the table)
Thanks

(Using Win 7 starter, 2gb Ram, tried both run as Administrator, XP (Service pack 3) compatibility mode & normal)

I'll try to help you but the info is a bit vague. What do you mean with "VP crash"? Does the VP process die completely or do you get any error messages?

A couple of things to look for: DotNet4 must be installed, ScreenRes.txt and B2S.VBS must be copied to your tables folder, this is all described in the included installation document.
This table was built in VP 9,1,1 and the only thing that is different from other tables is the B2S code (requires the B2S.VBS file).

I am not converting any of my tables to Future Pinball (I don't have FP on my PCs anymore).

Hi

Ok I have Microsoft .Net Framework 4 (client, Extended & Multi-Targeting pack) which was installed so I can run Paint.net. I have altered the screenres.txt and have the B2S.VBS in the folder where the table is.

On running the table using v9.11 I get these errors:

Line 0: Active X component can't create object "Wscript.shell"

and line 0 is the " ' ***************************************************' of your remarks at the top of the scripts

then I get

Line 0: Object required: "objRegistry"

Does this help at all?

When I try to open the table up in any other version 9 of VP the actual VP program itself crashes with a "program has stopped responding" message even before the load is complete.

Maybe Its me?

Do you have a rule or game info sheets so maybe I can make a Future Pinball version?

Found this on Google

"I suspect windows script host in your case. Try to download latest windows script host and install. You can also try to register the following file wshom.ocx
Start --> Run --> Type "regsvr32.exe wshom.ocx" [without quotes] --> press enter

If this doesn't fix your issue then try to download windows script host latest version and install. That should solve the issue.
"

Feel free to make an FP version. The table layout and ruleset is identical to Gottlieb's "Spring Break".
