Ultimate Spiderman 2011 WS

Version: 2011WS
Category: VP 9.x Originals

Author(s): Bob5453

Description:
First VP9 Desktop Release
This is the first table I ever created with VP. I was surprised to notice that I haven't released a VP9 Desktop version.

I updated a lot of the settings, changed a few things, made the table easier, spelling SPIDERMAN now scores 5,000 points.

.. Hey nice update! That wouldn't be mummagumma (not sure of the spelling) from The Alan Parsons Project, as one of the songs.. sure sounds like it.

Plays beautifully Bob - but why don't I get the background displayed? My background is black with the exception of the scores.

Are you using VP9.1.1 or higher? In this table, the backdrop image is 1920x1080, many people can only use images up to 1024, so they need to check the "Maximum Texture Dimension" box under Preferences at the top of the VP editor. This is a new setting in VP that makes VP resize all images, so they are not too big for your system.

Yes, it sounds like Alan Parson, I have all of his CD's. I can't remember what song as I made those mp3 files three years ago according to the date on them. Thanks for all your table votes Lou. Worship.gif

Thanks for the comments, they are always appreciated. Most of my tables are simple and EMlike, so I never know if anyone plays them. smile.gif

I should be fired and shot out of a cannon. I've been too busy playing Daffy and some of the other new releases. I haven't even given Ultimate Spidey WS a spin, and i'm pretty sure I'm the one that was telling you to release it. Me so sorry bob, will get on it right away!!!!

Cute kids FD!

I made the Up nudge [Spacbar] pretty strong, so you can do bangbacks or just save the ball. Show this to your kids and their scores will soar. smile.gif At least until the nudge is fixed for VP9. It's fun to TILT the tables when you don't lose any bonus....

My High Score is 27,587, I didn't play very many complete games while testing, but I think 50,000 wouldn't be that hard for a good [Spacebar] nudger.

I love how you can bangback like in VP8. Makes me feel like a pro again.

This isn't too shabby for starters

There is a WS version of Amazing Spider-man at Pinball Nirvana. It is the latest version. Link below. I had uploaded some WS tables there while waiting for Noah to decide whether he wanted WS tables uploaded here or if he wanted a special section for them.
