Hello guys!

Anyone can help me pls?

I started with the normal version (not the cab) in arcade mode. I scaled nicely for my monitor and there is the DMD score on left upper screen but doesnt show anything for me while i playing.

What did i do wrong?

The most interesting thing if i turn Arcade mode off, the DMD score immideately shows everything, works correctly.

When you play in Arcade mode, you need the cab version with two Monitors. You see the Backglass with DMDisplay in the second Monitor. This ist the only possibility, to be seen the DMD in the Arcade mode.

YES! The AF in VP needs an overhaul. It just has a hard time standing up to some of the latest and greatest VP creations IMHO. This looks brilliant. Can't wait to dl it! Thanks for sharing!

Guys I have a problem with this table.
when I run it when loading it says "initializing Newton" and crashes.
I tried various solutions in the settings but I can not get it started.
I have an ATI 4850 video card but I do not think this is the problem.
Help me please, I love this table
Thanks to all

@Grim,

I normally change any flippers i don't like to this:

120
-56

240
56

Try That!!

@allesio,

This table does seem pretty intensive to me on my system as well. Sometimes I get no textures when i load, other times I get them back.

You will have to play with your settings to get it right on your system. You can try changing to bilinear filtering and see if that works. If not, turning off hi resolution will load the table, but will not look good obviously.

Not sure what else to suggest.

Maceman

My problem is that I can not even start it stops as I mentioned above.
I do not know what to do, I tried in every way by changing one parameter at a time.
That is a problem of ATI graphics cards?!

@ alessio,

Do you have AA turned on in the FP settings? Try setting it to none for the time being. Also make sure anitropic filtering is off.

I cannot now remember which game I had the same Newton Freeze, but I am pretty sure it was because of the AA settings in my case.

I don't know enough about ATI, sorry- I use Nvidia based cards myself.
Cheers,
Maceman

Thanks. I played the original version and my only beef was the match feature didn't work. Going now to upgrade.

Can anyone help me? I've just started using Future Pinball and unfortunately the main table I wanted to play, Addams Family, is the one that I'm having trouble with.

I'm using 1.04B and I'm simply getting a corrupt game. The arcade room is graphically corrupt to begin with as there is a Moon Patrol cabinet spliced together with the Indiana Jones table on the left and a Donkey Kong sitdown cabinet mixed in with the Family Guy table on the right. Graphically and Audially (is that a word?) the Addams' Family table is fine but the problem comes with a few of the features. The main thing is that the ball save is broken and if you lose the ball near the beginning of play, it reappears in the plunger lane instantly, accompanied by Gomez saying "Why Thank You Thing!", completely skipping the 'ball over' score breakdown. The DMD will state that it is Ball 2 though so it's not like a ball save. Apart from that I'm not 100% sure if anything else is wrong but it's pretty unplayable as it is.

Now, I know most people aren't getting this problem so I'm trying to find out what my problem is. All my other FP tables seem fine, I've redownloaded the file from different sources and the CAB version is exactly the same problem as the non CAB. I've tried as many combinations of settings as I can think of including the tips included in the notes.

QUOTE
Don't forget to uncheck LOAD IMAGES INTO EDITOR in the editor options if you have problems.
If you still have problems try:
Choose Bilinear Filtering instead of Trilinear Filtering (Thanks for the tip Guus)

It has been found that with this table you will need to set model quality to maximum to avoid crashing.

I'm using Windows 7 Home Premium but I've set FP in various compatibility modes including XP SP3. I've also redownloaded FP and the current version I'm using is 1.9.1.20091231. My processor is an i5 2600k and my 3D card is the GTX 570.

Please help me. I really want to enjoy this excellent FP table.
