Can somebody tell me something about the troll bombs? It seems that it does not work right in version 2.4.2 but I may be wrong. It seems that the troll bombs were always there since the first release of Medieval Madness but this is also not completely sure. Can somebody bring some light to this matter?

Hi, for me the troll bombs are working fine in version 2.4.2 as they did in the prev releases. There are 3 ways to get troll bombs i know so far.

1. After the trolls are ready but not activated you need to hit the troll targets (sw15 & sw25) 8 times to get 1 troll bomb

2. You can get 3 troll bombs from merlins magic as a random award

3. When the trolls are popped out and you hit a troll and direct after that you get the ball into the the Castle Lock a "Troll Combo" is rewarded and you get another bomb

so if you got bombs you can fire them up with the launch ball button

If you have bombs and fire them up when the trolls are not active nothing will happen ;)

I´m always trying to collect bombs and keep them till i get into Battle for the Kingdom as they can help alot.

Anyone notice that the top of the damsil and the whole troll light inserts are just wood?  Very odd.  I exported the images and noticed that's how they were on all 4 images.

JP - This an easy fix (as in you still have the correct image files handy)?  If not, I can try to work on it.

Yes, I see that. I wonder how did that happen. Well, I'll make an update this weekend, and I'll fix that gate and the right slingshot.

Thanks JP.  More than willing to help if you'd like.

not to be mistaken as picky:

today i noticed when the trolls are up the right troll has a black line going upwards from the top of its fringe

you can see it when the ball is behind that troll ....

no idea why this becomes frayed

someone of you MM fans noticed that too ?

That may be a primitive error. The table works very well with the VP915, but it may give some errors with the primitives if you use a VP916 beta.

If you are using VP915 then try updating the video drivers.

Yes, I know about this display error. It has to do with the layback/inclination and too many objects that needs to be animated at the same spot. I adjusted the table so it did redraw fine, but if you change the layback and/or inclination it will look like this. There may be other reasons, like running without the HR on.

To fix that before releasing the FS table I had to increase the inclination until it looked ok. So, depending on the resolution you are running, you may need to increase the inclination on the backdrop settings.
