Fun table! Is there any way to set the table to free play? Also when i pull up the option menu to change dip switches, the f6 window looses focus and i can’t change any settings.

disable exclusive full screen mode in vpx video prefs
make the settings changes you want

then re-enable it

 

Dialogs go behind the table in exclusive fullscreen and you cant get to them

Either he recently updated table, and its waiting for approval, or table has disappeared.

I get the "Sorry you don't have permission" message when I click the table download page.

He was last here on the 3rd, if it was an update, i think it would be approved by now?

I found it to be weird also.

I have the table already, but was just trying to help find the problem of the previous poster.

His other tables download pages seem to still be working, so I don't think he removed this table.

No update came up, and it's showing last updated 2019, yet folks have downloaded it since then. Weird.

What I have found out on this site is there is a timeout from opening the page and clicking download. Not sure how long it is, but when you are on the page, you only have a little bit to click on download or you get that error. All you have to do is refresh the page again, then click download and all is good. Im the type of person that I right click on a link to read about it, but I open a few, read one, close it, and read the next. If you are like me, this is the problem. I sometimes spend too much time reading about the table and reviews or comments. I don't want to download something if it doesn't see fun to me. Im not a hoarder in that sense where I need all tables, but I do like reading what was put into these tables and the hard work we take for granted.

Yes you will time out and get that error if you do not click download link in certain amount of time, but on this occassion, the download page wasn't even showing, it just went straight to the error.

(There was no download page showing to click the "Download Button")

Yes, the downloads use a time stamped token, created when you click into the tables main download page
it does time out after a little while.
that is not to cause you problems, it is to prevent a spider bot from sniffing all the download links, and loading them into a leech bot which then proceeds to download everything a site has
all at once, which basically winds up crushing a sites bandwidth and then no one can download anything in a normal fashion cause someone's bot is downloading 37,000 things simultaneously.

 

But yea, as Xenonph notes, earlier i could not even load the table info page, i got a you dont have permission error

How to fix? ... DMD and PuP Pack never display at the same time. If one is on, the other is off... and they switch on/off a lot based on game play. Thx for the help!

What PUP pak?

As far as i know the table author made no pup pack, and the table does not use a DMD

It has a virtual DMD with the 2-screen B2S

 

Often things are very difficult and time consuming to find -- even for a vet like yourself I'm sure because its a mess. Spreadsheet doesnt have a links to 30-50% of what is posted there and forums 'search' functions often fail to bring up relevant results. Google is the only way to find anything

 

I found the link was on a YouTube demo, after failing to find it on vpuniverse!

You are probably going to have to ask the author of the PUP pack

 

The Video you are showing has the lower B2S display disabled
which is part of the backglass and also not made by the table author

 

The Video is using freezys dmdext (external DLL), which is terribly non optimal as it does not fit the entire score array in, it truncates it
they should have used alphanumerics, or used the 2 screen backglass or something.

Probably for just for the real DMD users but i've posted an option here https://www.vpforums...=47807&p=515839 to add a flex dmd to the table which will show all characters on a flex dmd (rather than the truncated text if external dmd is used)

Thanks for all the work scutters. Is there somewhere that says what all the different flexDMD settings do?

would kind of break up text?
