Coming back to this. Here's how it looks FS with no b2s.

http://vpforums.org/...ad/hockeyfs.png

Oh wow that's cool! I'll try to get on this soon.

So I should convert the backglass image to 1920? Can do.

I'd like to move the score and everything closer to the center. I'm wondering how the new size will change where I need to put the fonts and other items. I mean if I go 16:9 will I need to relocate the score fonts? Or is that something you want to do? I'm not sure I have a way of testing as I play this on a single monitor in my bartop cab.

Get a base image that you want to use. Then make a copy of it and write everything as if all lights were lit at the same time. I'll cut out each small image of the text and it'll pop up like an advent calendar. Each cutout will pop up based on the code. If you want to do multiple teams you'll need an image for each team.

I'll mirror the desktop code, in other words when the desktop game over comes on, I'll add the call to turn on the backglass game over.

Okay I will come up with something and let you check it out then go from there. Thanks! I don't have a pinball cab but I'd love to do it for those that do!

Does anyone know if there are instructions on how to upload and offer my table here officially? I've looked all over the New Tables sections and it I assume there is some kind of template and a place to upload, but I can't find out how to do it.

I haven't done the back glass I haven't had time. Sorry.

Homepage/ top of left pane/ Upload content :)  If it's over 100MB then you'll need to split the file with a multi-part zip/rar

Thank you very much! I will upload this table in a few days. Then maybe I can do a back glass image.

Hello all,

this seems like a really fun and unique pinball table with a hockey twist. Stiga's classic table hockey games come a bit too the mind also.

The download links do not work... Would it be possible to upload it again? Many thanks :).

It would really add to the ambience with the ongoing Ice Hockey World Championships 2025 matches :D.

PS. Are there any other virtual pinballs with a hockey puck as the "ball"?

I'll get an upload link in a few days. Probably my Google Drive. I want to upload it here too.

As for the backglass I'm still not precisely sure what I need to do. Maybe I can make the image I have available and someone else can do it? I've had the tab for this page open for a year in my browser but never get around to doing it.

I still enjoy playing the game, may make one slight alteration. Other than possible bugs I won't be updating the game. There aren't any bugs that I can find.

Hockey Pinball Download Link!!!       :db:  :tongue3:  :otvclap:  :pinnochio:

The game is FINALLY available, version 1.0

https://drive.google...iew?usp=sharing

There is a README file included and a "wheel art" graphic for the menu. I think that is needed? Been a long time since I've messed with VP.

I'll upload it to this site when I can.

I'd love to hear any comments.

One thing I thought about changing is this:

Every time you score the opposing goalies (drop targets) would all reset.

As it is now they stay down after a goal is scored.

This change would make the game a little more difficult and make it so you can't score a rapid second goal off the resulting face-off. You'll see what I mean when you play it.

Maybe I will get the back splash thing done too now.

Hope you enjoy this!!! I think it's a lot of fun!!!

- Mike

If you have a 1920x1080 image you'd like to use as a backglass I'll make one when I get time. Unless Xenonph wants to do teams like he did with the NFL mods... :tongue3:

Thanks! I wish I could do VPX but as I understand it, I would need to start from scratch. I haven't played with this software in many years and I just don't have it in me to do it.

Someone mentioned they liked the audio. I think I stole one or two clips from "Slap Shot", not positive. "Get out there and stick 'em" maybe? I stole the crowd sounds from some audio FX site(s). I love hitting the post with the puck....PANG!

The rink announcer is me :-D

The ring of lights at center ice don't mean anything. I was just practicing using the lighting effects when I first started the table. This is my first and only table.

I should have made some visible/realistic mechanism for the puck to get from the opposing goal back to the ref for face off.
