Thanks for all your work and the table looks and plays great

Just to let you know am getting the ball cut in half by saucer

at top left where the ball catches and then is sent up to the jumprope  (popper)

and bottom left (extra ball hole) - cant think of what its named as sorry

Fixed by creating a wall off the side of the table at 15 Height and using that wall as

the surface for the kickers

Thanks again and great job !

Hi Seraph74,

I noticed the effect too but gave it no second thought, as it is the standard saucer. I wll try Your suggestion, thanks!

Regards

Michael

Hi Seraph74,

the solution for the saucer was to use "kickercup" with a decent black. Thank You for the remark. I have this, new insert lights (according to Fuzzels suggestions) and a more detailed rope animation (24 pics instead of 12) that allows slower fluid movement ready for the next update. For the correct rope speed I will do some more investigations. I adjusted some timers and the added effects are causing no performance hit at all.

The table is looking splendid now!

Regards

Michael

Hi Seraph74,

yes, 8/8/8 is fine - something not too light. Wait until You see version 1.3.

Michael

Hi,

gogo69, I like:    "I have no legs and have still beaten You!"

The punch ramps were a bit hard, as they are part of the GI and have no assigned lamp numbers to control them. So I came up with a behaviour that comes quite close to the real thing.

Any thoughts about the adjusted rope jump? I compared the speed and difficulty to a video, slydog43 sent me. After that I set it to a somewhat slower speed but still a bit demanding.

Regards

Michael

Hi,

while talking about punch ramps and GI I decided to add some GI illumination. The GI will react to table almost in the same way as the punch ramps.

You can toggle the GI with the "G" key or disable it within the script. Attached You find an animated GIF to show the new lights.

I will wait for a while for more feedback about possible bugs in version 1.3 and then upload the update.

Regards

Michael

to be honest - for me it plays pretty much perfect now

only thing left would be to make the ramps a little more bling... i tried some JP style ramps but most of the time i just make wild guesses how things work in VP :D

there is a decal missing on the right ramp comming from the boxing fists

and eventually some day import some kind of super cool 3d boxer in the middle ...

anyway

i love the table as it is now !

thanks a lot michael for all your passion and hard work !
