What about a global for frame time? I have several different scripts that require it for -1 timer updates so that'd be really useful for tidying them up

Any way for VP to remember the resolution it runs in.  That is I have to pick a resolution when I switch between exclusive full screen and windowed full screen each time I switch.  I wish VP could go back to my last choice when I switch Exclusive on/off.  Thanks devs

nFozzy, i'm lost....

my key problem with the new 10.4 vbs and 10.5 beta is stil not resolved...

I resume, only gts3.vbs give me rights to play normaly, with the others fabricant vbs(de, Bally, williams, stern (works sometimes)) only esc, f11 and enter are working (i can't go further because i can(t start the game), F1, F2, F3, F4, 3, 1 are not working.... All was working fine with the last beta 10.4.

nothing due to the fastflips. If i use the 10.4 beta vbs, all is working fine with the last core.vbs.

I use a numeric keypad Hack. But i've my keyboard to test and nothing is working, even if i change the key setting in vpx.

Before i use vpmkey to configure my addcreditkey, but that's all...

Help ;) I don't understand it works well by yourside... i usually update vpx and it's the first time i see that. I saw that key script in vbs changed between my working vbs and the new ones... I'm running on Windows 7 pro. must i update Visual C++ ? or something like that ?

Another time thanks for your precious lights !!!! ;) ;) ;)

Didn't realize that's your issue. I can reproduce the issue if vpmkeys is outdated, could you check vpmkeys.vbs?

Sounds like same issue I had, it all went away with the very latest 10.5 Beta (V3324+) and accompanying scripts.

Yes Pkrobin, that's i saw, and tried the last beta, but nothing better ;)...

I tried the vpmkey from this beta too, and no more succes... All my vbs are in the script folder...

UPDATE

Deleting vpmkey, and lauching vpx 3324 a first time without it, made some key back !!!

now, only flippers key don't work, but i can launch games, and the F keys are back too...

For the Flippers key ? do i have to update script to fastflip ? or it should be work with or without ?

UPDATE

it works fine now !!!!!!!!! i was testing the guns with a test of fastflips i tried yersterday.... so my solution was just to delete vpmkey.vbs, launching a first time without and another with it in the script folder !!!!!

"OUF" as we say in french ;) ;) ;)

Thank you very much nFozzy for the good track !!!!!!!!!

I can work again serenely !!!! ;) ;) ;)

Nevertheless could you open the script debugger in one of these broken tables (escape->debugger-> hit ">" button)

type this in and tell me what it says:

debug.print keystagedflipperL & " " & keystagedflipperR & " " & typename(vpmflips)

ok, i tried including your script in the table's script, and it says empty, even when i flip left or right, and even if it works !!!

i had to declare variables keystagedflipperL, keystagedflipperR and vpmflips

KeystagedflipperL and KeystagedflipperR are defined in vpmkeys.vbs, Vpmflips is an object defined in core.vbs.

Running that line of script returns three values, '42 54 cvpmFlips' for me. If none of the three are being declared automatically then something is very wrong :/

The nail really sounds like something we could have..

So it's then just about being able to place a plain "cylinder"? Does it need anything else in addition?

LOL...LOL   :otvclap:  :love39:  :yahoo:   LOL...LOL...LOL

I'm still wanting to play all these tables that these special requests are for.... <waiting with baited breath>   :lazy:

Is FSS going to get dual screen support in 10.5? Sorry if this was brought up already but man could the back glasses be made with some depth if we could get that done!

well, i have found my issue..... (shame on me) there was old core and vpmkey vbs in the table folder, that explained all my problems....

now it shows : 79 81 cvpmFlips

without declaring anything....

Thanks to your precious tracking and questions to resolve it !!!!!!!!!!

;) ;) ;)

Not sure if the dual screen support will ever come in a 10.x version. It's not only the rendering on a second screen but more the integration into the editor. So you can design a backglass the same way like db2s.

Your playing the things should have nothing to do with it. I showed you the table concept I wanted a nail for so ...

I can assure none of use want to design like in the b2s editor...LOL     I wish someone would just take over the B2S project and continue to develop it, fix it, add what it needs... right now its pushed way beyond its limits..... IMO
