- the table's rom takes longer than others to start, so it spends some time with the "volume" displayed in the DMD. Simply wait a little and it will start, then you can add coins and start playing.

You could start the init sequence with "controller.fastframes=3000" to set the emulation to 'as fast as possible' for a set time limit before executing controller.run. IIRC it is set in milliseconds, so =3000 would set it as fast as possible for 3 seconds.

Nice to see you back! :D You have been missed! :D And thanks for the tip :)

UPDATE!

New version 1.0.5

The ROM error is fixed!. Gaston fixed the solenoid error in vpinmame, and you'll need the latest beta vpinmame 3.2, available here: https://www.vpforums...ic=27063&page=1

You also need 1.0.5 in which there is a change in the script for this solenoid to work.

This is a good example of how not only the software is put together, but also how different people are involved making things better. Thanks to Destruk for fastframes tip, JP for table update, Gaston for the important VPM fix, Toxie for official VPM compile and release, Carny for same, but, with color support.

From now on. I won't help anyone here at VPF. Please ask Noah why that is.

It's great, Guys, thank you, thank you Gaston and toxie - could you explain a bit more, what exactly you did to solve it ?

Not completely, but a bit - i am very interest to technical site too, or was it "just" a SOL to Change / add ?

Here is the answer STAT. :)

https://sourceforge....mame/code/4662/

You have to understand the VPM code to actually fix such things. And, well - a hell of a lot about a lot of other things as well ;)

Leave it for the smart ones.

I dont' care if I have double up on tables that plays good. It just adds variety. So thank you very much guys for this one. A very small thing though. fx_diverter is referenced in the script but doesn't seem to be available in the sound manager. Actually, the sample "so_nocredits" too. But, that is missing on Serious Sam, Diablo, Clue and Strenger Things. Never seen it used.

Posted in wrong table - should have been Captain Fantatic ( multiple tabs open ). Sorry

I have the explanation Gerrit (Gaston) told akiles (I guess Gerrit don't mind I post it here):

The solenoid to release the ball is working inverted (because it's a magnet, it will be on when the lock is active and off when the balls should be released). The code logic didn't expect that, because then a write of all zero for that solenoid bank meant "turn off the magnet lock", and the command didn't get through!. So now I inverted solenoid #20 and it seems to work fine. Of course the table script needs to be inverted as well so it works.

That's why I had to make also a change in the script  so it works fine.

Hey guys just discovered this table and love it! Thanks for your hard work, Question though is there a way to change it to English via game menu? I know most of it is in English, but some is not. Tried the usual open coin door trick but nothing. Thanks!

This table was at pinfest over the weekend.  I was able to play game before the owner shut it off.  Very cool game, and very difficult!

I actually played it in Denmark a couple of years back. Believe I was the only one there, except the owner that knew a little bit about the rules because of JPSalas and VP. Looked a bit more worn than what this one does ;)

Yeah someone mentioned it on one of the facebook groups so I downloaded and gave it try, pretty cool table. I was looking for the other spinball tables and I dont think many good ones are out there other then this one.

@JPsalas -  do you know of a game menu for this table so I can switch the language to English?

The table was made in Spain, so I guess there is no ROM settings to change it to English.

Edit: I have just read the manual, and all the configuration is done with DIP switches, and there is nothing to change the language.

UPDATE

4.0.0 Updated 1.10.2022
- Updated to my VPX7 physics
- cleaned up and deleted unused graphics & reduced the size of the table
- Added my VPX7 LUT changer to darken the table (hold down LEFT CTRL while change with RIGHT CTRL). Including GI brightness adjustment. Use the LUT changer together with the day/night slider to give the table the level of darkness you prefer.
- Updated my mechanical set of sounds to a more "under the glass" sound, as people seem to like those kind of sounds better.
- Changed the Environment image to enhance a little the object shadows.
- Some small script updates, like the Rolling sound and PlaySoundAt routines.
- Made the light inserts warmer.
- Added SSF sound commands.

What a nice tabel. Is there a way to increase the volume? Sounds are really low.
