well not sure the post above is linked with the prob i told few posts above !?

(the ball is "attracted" to the right side, as there's slope or magnet)

than, as i'm the only one to report, here's a video to understand what i was talking about

all was working OK with version 2.1, it was bad with 2.2 & 3.0...

That looks like something I got when I tried to get UHid-G to work (never did) and when it was incorrectly calibrated. So I'm just wondering has some table setting that affects nudging changed between these versions. It really looks like analogue nudge tries to pull it to the right side.

Unfortunately I don't know much more about the settings. Planning to take a second look when I get the "next generation" plunger kit.

Holy crap, Riple...that's terrible! Unplayable. Hope u get that resolved quickly

And Aaron---you da man--giving even more love to my favorite table. I'm seeing little white squares around the ball when it gets close to the bottom of the playfield. Maybe cause I'm not using 9.16 yet. Love the additional lighting!

Update--decided to go to 9.16 (latest version) and the little white square is still there

Do you have region optimization checked in video settings?

I'll make a small update with the nudge timer commented out later.
It probably won't affect most people though.

It is checked, Aaron. The little square around the ball is hardly noticeable. I had a friend over last night and he pointed it out to me. It follows the ball and "encases" the ball

For me its not that extreme, but i think this is like what i also have in my cab. Also analoge nudging activated..
Ever tried uncheck analoge nudge ?

Analogue nudge is really strange in vp for me. Some tables work good, some bad, some not .. Like new bigbangbar ..

Must be something in the script which is different that in working tables , or ?

Did anybody else start getting a sore neck by leaning over too much when watching that vid?

RipleYYY: you do have a nudging board, right? Wether you have it or not, have you tried to ensure its shut off in VP just to see if it fixes this on your table?

I have a special setup (until Noah finally sends me the new plunger /nudge gadget) where I have 2 microswitches to trigger left / right nudge with a slightly moving lockdown bar. And if I push them both at the same time -> it triggers center nudge using a timer

and juste tried this, its a "must have" of course, cause (and we're surelly quite a lot with this kind of configuration) i have no button for the center nudge, only left & right !

than, from now, i'll will use your routine as much as i can

may be it will be a good idea to make this "public"

:)

(and 'rem-ing' these lines didnt help for the prob above)

EDIT : ok found it, in "keys", longtime i was in there section, and it was well disabled...

Lmao, you never have to use your left flipper!!!!

yep, i'm a pinball wizard ;)

lol thats crazy

could it be the heavy wind !? as my pincab is outside...

:)

(if yes, i surelly have to play whirlwind than)

I was excited to try this and get to the Strobe Multiball bonus.  I was underwhelmed.  Are there different ROMs for this game?  If not, is it possible to make this more dramatic, especially in night mode?

Don't misunderstand.  I love the mod.  I will only be playing the night mod from now on.  I was just expecting a more dramatic strobe multiball.  I know there are limitations to the effects that can be achieved in VP, but the physical machine's strobe was pretty dramatic.  My understanding is that the game even came with epilepsy warning.

Version 3.1
I increased the size/shape of the strobe light. It's more dramatic and intensive.
I changed the red wire metal ramps to dark green/yellow. I was getting tired of the red myself...lol

Totally awesome Aaron--my favorite table gets more love. Thanks! The Strobe Lightshow is very cool!
