Thanks, got an errorr with the FS table

Line: 12

Something about controller?

in the zip folder there are a few extra files that need to be placed in their correct directories.
put the SMB and B2Bcollision script files in the table folder with your tables.
and also put the SMB3.nv in the NVRAM folder.

Hello,

Just love this table, but can't seem to get 5 balls per game. I go into settings, option #29 gives 3 balls but cannot change into something else with the shift keys.

Any help would be nice wink.gif

I think I had a similar issue as for the settings not letting me change the tilt warnings from 1.
I got around this by factory reset the ROM from the settings. Think it was one of the last options in there...
After that I could change the parameter(!) crazy.gif

Hey man!

Tried to change the ammount to 5 balls from 3 with the right flipper without any problems.
Try to delete the reg. key for the rom and try again. No problem for me. whistle.gif

Here´s the nvram file with 5 balls installed for ya if you want to try! dblthumb.gif

Thanks for the table! It was recommended to me as an old table wasn't working. Amazing job!

Thank you for your effort, but deleted the registry setting, used your nvram and still nothing happens on setting #29 when using the flippers. All other settings can be changed that way. I don't understand it (tryed it on my cabinet and on my normal pc)

Anyone got any other suggestions on setting it to 5 balls (as every other table on my cabinet) ?

wolfpac, any table labled FS means that its to be played fullscreen on a rotated widescreen monitor or virtual cabinets to simulate the real thing.

You want to download the version not labeled FS which is located under desktop tables.
If you have a widescreen 16:9 monitor and want to play your VP9 desktop tables without them being stretched, check out This Link

make sure you are using VP908 to play this table and you should be fine.

Hello. I've noticed that lights 46 and 47 (the ones of the bumpers) maybe are changed, according to the manual 46 should be 47 and 47 should be 46 (I think)...

Thanks for this great table. My son is a big fan of Mario. He loves playing this game!

Played a couple games of this great table recreation and had a few notes that I thought I'd mention, but first of all, say thanks for this and all the other great tables from all the builder and authors.

Because SMB is the only real pin table I own,I had something to reference:

1.  When hitting the ball with the upper playfield flipper to the green plastic trough on the right hand side, it is very fast compared to in real life.  probably twice as fast or more coming down the trough.  Doesn't affect gameplay so much, but an observation.

2.  if you are going for multiball (by hitting the switches that are labeled 1-4 on the playfield, the switch associated with the number "3" (I need to look up the manual for the actual switch #)) it often does not register.  Probably the switch just needs to be moved slightly over, but I haven't tried it myself yet.

3.  The shield that pops up in between the flippers when super or invincible, trips as soon as a ball touches it on the real table but in the vp version stays up until you defeat the castle or if the ball is drained in either outlane, or the kicker is triggered on the left outlane.

4.  When I had multiball, and I was super (or invinsible via the star, I can't recall) and I had the shield pop up, I had one of the flippers in the up position which allowed a ball to drain down the center.  after that happened, I still had balls in play but they were in one of the holes at the time the other ball drained.  The shield stayed up, and the ball(s) still in play never popped out.  The music continued to play but no balls were detected and no ball search initiated.  I think when I tried pressing a flipper button or a nudge, I got an error message.  Wish I could recall what the message was, but I think it was a null message of some sort. and then the game exited.

Anywho, just thought I'd write them down before I forgot even more of the details.  I'm not asking that anything be updated...just thought I'd write about it.  Still a great table to play.  Thanks again!

wolfpac,on the editor click on options and then on backglass,on the right side you will see "editor","color & formatting...on "color & formatting" go to XY rotation box and it will read 270, change it to 360. X Scale put 1,Y Scale put 1,X Offset put 0 and Y Offset put 0.Click on the "X" on the right corner and click YES to save the settings. That will do it  :D Be warned tho that the table will look smaller.

I've look through the forums, tried different versions of VP, and checked my video settings but for some reason this this is the only table on my machine that isn't rendering properly. Any ideas guys? Screen capture below.
