Wow.. this crap is still going one?? I ordered parts back in Dec 2016 I believe and I was on his case case after 2 weeks of non delivery. I eventually got my stuff delivered from DHL . I have posted on VPU about this I think.  At the time he apparently was "sick" so gave him benefit of doubt.  But over the years I still see threads like this pop up!

Still, the only way to really get a response from him is by pestering his facebook group. Is there a German equivalent of the Better Business Bureau in America? Nobody should have to remain on someone's case this hard just to get parts that they've already paid for.

I'm guessing he's going to wait the full ten days of the dispute to respond. It's just one more thing to stall on.

I started my dispute and after exactly 10 days when Paypal got no answer from him, i got a mail (3/3-2019) that they will be sending the money to my credit card.

He is a really looser, if i had a Facebook account i would do all i can to get him banned from that too!

Strange that paypal still doing business with him after years of problems!

Oh, if I get that message that PayPal is sending me my money back, it's all out war. I'll flame his name and business on every virtual pin forum and facebook group for months. I'll post the full experience in so many places that when people research it, they'll no not to do business with him.

The tracking has finally changed to "The shipment was processed in the destination package center." According to the dhl.de FAQ page, this means that it has arrived at the destination parcel center in the recipient's region. According to the FAQ, there may be a delay of 1-2 days while they sort it. In his email, he said he'd send it via another shipping company and provide tracking. This never happened. It was just another lie told in order to stall. I'm keeping my PayPal dispute open until the part is in hand, but this ordeal may be over soon.

Just saying, I ordered something from China through DHL, and it made it to me within the week. Really starting to question that German efficiency. My guess is though, since it's stuck at the IPZ-Ffm, Germany location, is that it's in German customs and it's probably gonna be a week or two. You know, a delay that would have been acceptable had it been delivered the first time.

Kinda wishing I would have just taken apart an old usb gaming controller and wired it up that way.

My part is in New York! People have been saying once it hits America, the real wait begins. We'll see if it takes almost 3 months to get to me now that it's there. If it doesn't, 'Murica wins. If it does, I'll know America and Germany equally suck at shipping things.

You just need to try harder lol. He has a facebook group called visual pinball addicts. Go on there and blow him up daily. He'll start jumping through hoops to get you to stop. Every time he asks me to stop, I simply reply back that I'll shut up when my parts are in hand and working. I rate his business right up there with internet companies and insurance companies. I'd almost rather deal with Indian IRS scammers than this dude.

So I finally got the part in. I took a video of me opening it since the box was pretty smashed one one corner. He probably packed it in good so it wouldn't get damaged right? WRONG. He put the pinscape board and expansion stack in a ziplock bag, placed it in the corner of the box, and then put packing paper around it. Leaving nothing between the boards and two sides of the box. Which corner was it in? You guessed it, the smashed side. Two of the transistors were twisted and bent over as a result of the damaged box. USPS blamed DHL for it's condition. I blame GGS for not packing it properly. When I ship something, I surround it in packing medium. It's a pretty easy concept. Don't ever buy from this guy.

When I get stuff from Amazon they usually pack it the same way. Put the item in a corner & a few of those "air pillows" on the other 2 sides. Heaven forbid they should protect the item all around.

Right? I mean, why even put it in a box if you aren't planning on protecting all sides. One layer of cardboard between it and the idiots delivering them is nuts.

So, on the GGS website, there's an option to review the product. It shows 5 starts at the top of the page. I was curious as to why no one had given it a bad review yet. When you put in a review, it says it has to be reviewed by an administrator. Needless to say, that 5 star he's showing is the second biggest lie on the page aside from the "Ships in 5-6 days" BS.

I have has a similar experience, still waiting for my pinscape expansion kit ordered 31st March, payment marked as received a couple of days after that, I waited about a week after payment and my item still hadn't been marked as shipped even though the website clearly stated "in stock". I emailed Dominik asking when it will be shipped and he did get back to me saying its still getting manufactured should be shipped next week, so that got me a bit worried that he is falsely advertising products as in stock and started to get concerned.

The item was marked as shipped on the 17th of April and a tracking number added which has had no status update since that day. I have emailed him 4 times asking for a status update and he has ignored me every time, I have contacted him trough the German Gaming Supplies Facebook page and haven't received a response in over week from that either...

Do not buy from this guy it is not worth the hassle, even if i do eventually receive my parts, which at this stage I doubt, it sounds like chances are they will be poorly manufactured and packaged based of all the forum posts i have seen complaining about his products, I wish I had read all of this before I purchased!

I think at this stage i just need to report fraud to my bank so his bank account will be added to a blacklist and maybe raise a ticket with international consumer affairs, this business needs to be reprimanded for these shady practises.
