I hat the way it is cut off like that

I think it helps to maintain the proper height / width ratio.

Many times the 1080p resolution results in tables being squished vertically, since the real table ratio is close to 2x1 for regular tables if I'm not mistaken. So anything that takes away from the height will result in circles becoming ovals on the playfield and similar artifacts.

I also think it is better to have the full apron, but not at the cost of a weird looking playfield.

I actually don't mind the apron being cut off, for me personally, it looks better on my cab like that.

Ohh yeah ! This is one crisp looking table, loving it as TZ is one of the best table's.

You all are doing a great job from bringing those "older" tables back into the present

day by giving it "the new vp upgrade package".

I think you guys ROCK   :band:

nice work.

guys, the ramps always bothered me on this one, they were semi transparant.

in thewools screenshot, that seems fixed to fully transparant, in sheltemeke,s shot they seem as they are, semi transparant.

are they modded to the full transparant style ? and if not, will they be ?  :wimper:

hope so, gbreat work guys !

you guys will probably need to rework the gumball machine toy as well to make use of the alpha ramps.
if ethyou need any assistance on that let me know thewool. I believe I also have most of the originalmod toys

If this table will play as well as it looks, it'll be an epic update :)

(although it could be a little lighter, to look less like a night mod, hehe)

Thanks for all the work, this is one of my favorite tables ever.

As unclewilly pointed out, the gumball machine could use some TLC... for starters, any way to straighten it instead of swaying to the left? That looks a little odd... and the balls in it look like they were behind a mesh or something.

Yes, kingb33 and I made this mod back when the initial vp9 came out using the checkerboard pattern to get the transparent effect. about a year or more before we got alpha ramps.

I'm updating firepower which is basically done aside for some small detail work and physics tweaks by thewool at the moment. I also have mr and mrs pacman almost completely built which just needs coding.

After these 2 are done I was either going to update MB or BOP, hadn't decided which yet. Maybe i'll start with MB.

Back on topic.

table is looking great guys
