I've never seen this bug before! The red lines are situated along the textures edges, it maybe has something to do with the anti-aliasing in your graphics card settings (Nvidia/ATI settings).
I also get them. Disabling Region Updates and Region optimizations does not help. Neither does disabling fxaa. I've got a GTX460.
I too get these lines, not sure of my settings (will check) but am running NVIDI GTX 650Ti 2Gb.
Edit: Have tried a number of settings and still get this
Edit2: to note my problems were in the graphics settings, I followed practicedummy's ball stutter fix and all is well, it also sorted a number of other issues.
Great table really enjoying it !
