In VP8, drawing in back would affect any textures; make them render smoother, so I always used it as a matter of course and still do.
Be careful if you're using one playfield as the template for the other; after 1987/88 all Williams games became longer. Both playfields are 20.25 inches wide, but Pinbot's playfield is 42 inches in length, while BoP is 46 inches long.

Thanks, I forgot to check the dimension before i started. BOP will need some adjustments befor i continue on. I'm glad you caught that early.

Me and my friends found a Bride table at a Famous Sam's last night, next to a stone mint Star Trek TNG. I friggin' LOVED it, even though the score display was screwed up. I'm way more hyped for this release than I was before. Can't wait!

I can't thank you enough for that. i thought it was playing a little funny compared to pinbot. it took me like 2 hours to reposition what i had done so far, i can't imagine how long it would have taken if i had gotten too far along

Yeah that is the worst feeling, knowing you did so much work, just in the wrong spot. Glad you got it fixed early.

Worked on pinbot a little. The spiral ramp is the biggest pain ever. Special thanks to JP Salas for all his help with this.
Just got the decals in place. I thinked i got them lined up pretty well

Got the whole bottom level done on pinbot now including the spiral ramp. All that's left is the ramp, minipf, visor, and lighting.
Time to catch up BOP
I created balls in the eye kickers to make sure they lined up, i know people were upset when jp's jackbot didn't line up with the balls in the eye holes.
Anyway, here is the current ss for pinbot

So far it's angle independent:

I love Pin*Bot ever since my Mom brought it home on the Nintendo hehe, anyone remember that NES gem?
Also VPman tells me Pinbot is my most played table. Looking forward to this FS version very much. Bride of Pinbot is such a great pin too and i'm totally hyped for that as well.

This is it till i get back from california. Just kept going on pinbot. All that is left is the mini pf, the dropramp, and the flashers. After that it's just coding.
I hope you 4:3 guys like the angle i'll have to use to make this look right, Other wise it may be a bit of a modification for the 4:3.
I just can't do the angle independent like jp does
