Yeah first thing you need to do is make sure the stuff is actually working in windows. Maybe I missed it but I didn't see anything when I skimmed through.
Run the pinone config tool and go to the outputs section.
I don't remember how it is laid out in the new version of the config tool but you have have each output and a slider. If you know what ports your solenoids are connected to you can manually test each one. If you do not know then you can select the slider and use the left arrow key to fire each output one at a time with each press. If they do not fire when you do this directly from the pinone board, you have a non dof related problem, I would check the ports, connections, etc. If they do work then note what ports they are for each solenoid as you manually fire them and then go to the dof config tool to verify it is setup to use those ports.
