Why not both? Vampiric dinosaurs... or Were-saurs? Terrifying.

Hahaha :) That should be something new! :)

UPDATE

1.0.2 Updated 21.08.2023
- fixed the music volume, which may be off as default. Now you may change the volume at the beginning of the script:
Const SongVolume = 0.2 ' volume is from 0 to 1
- added Hauntfreaks script changes for his directb2s effects.
- changed the name Scream by Ghostface on the playfield.

Since the downloads broke, I have reuploaded a few of my tables that were broken: Crystal Ball, JP's Street Fighter II, 4 Aces, JP's Deadpool and this one Horrorburg.

This Horrorburg 1.0.2 was not released before, and it includes the name Ghostface instead of Scream on the  playfield. This version also includes Hauntfreak's changes for his directb2s backglass, and a music volume fix which could be turned off by default.

Awesome. Thanks. I was wondering why this table was showing an update once a day. Thanks for changing Scream to Ghostface.

I had to reupload the table since I managed to zip the old file without the Ghostface name :) It must be the age or just too early in the morning, hahaha

I just updated this table and now the DMD is not starting on table when it loads. Table and back glass load fine. Hit Alt tab it's not hidden. Any ideas?

Auto-plunging isn't working for me on this table.  Running table version 1.0.2 on 10.8 beta 5 (both 32 and 64 bit same result).

I hear the sound, but the ball doesn't budge (e.g. after a drain with ball save active, or during multi-balls).

Works on other tables, including other 10.8 tables.  Tried comparing scripts, but haven't come up with a solution yet.  If I change the default auto plunge variable to "True" in table init just as a test, the first ball DOES in fact auto-plunge properly ?!

Since no else has brought this up, I'm guessing its a "just me" problem, but would still welcome any ideas, thanks!! :)

when you installed VPX beta, did you install ALL of the beta scripts?

I thought so, but to be sure I re-copied everything from the scripts folder in the latest 10.8 release zip (after unblocking), into my scripts folder to test, but problem remains.  Re-downloaded table from here as well just to make sure I hadn't somehow messed up the script, but same. (and of course have rebooted)

Auto plunge works on my laptop (which is on 10.7.3 32 bit) ... my problem is just on my ALP cabinet.

I'll keep messing with it and post an fyi if I figure out, appreciate the suggestion.

Thanks!

Fixed.  As expected, nothing to do with this table in particular, found I also had the issue on Metallica Premium Monsters.  For the record in case it helps anyone else:

I had made a registry entry for key

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\MediaProperties\PrivateProperties\DirectInput\VID_0525&PID_9527\Calibration\0\Type\Axes\2]

as discussed here

https://www.reddit.c...r_sets_it_to_0/

and here

https://www.vpforums...showtopic=50931

to try to make plunger more accurate.  After removing that and rebooting auto-plunge is good, and I don't really see any ill-effect on how my plunger is working.

How do you enter a high score? when I get a high score it says enter high score, but there are no letters showing even when I rotate with the flipper buttons.

The highscore should work just the same as with my other tables, using the flipper keys and the enter or the start key. I'll need to test the table.

Super fun theme, thanks for sharing!

Do you have any plans to add DOF for this table? I wish I knew how to add DOF, but it would be awesome if someone could add this.

I guess someone sooner or later will add DOF to the table :) I do not use DOF so it is a matter of waiting :)
