Absolutely love this pup pack but for some reason not all of the videos are showing up for me. I get the Stern intro, the background image, the score overlay, and even the videos for things like magna save work but events like Ball Saved do not trigger. The ball save works properly when I manually trigger it via the PuP pack editor but when I let a ball drop after starting a new game, it does not trigger. Any idea about what might be wrong?

Is there a preferred way to setup this table & pup pack for a 3 screen cabinet setup (table, backglass, dmd)?
I figured out how to move the PUP content between the backglass and DMD screens, but it leaves the other screen blank.
I also tried using a backglass with the PUP content on the DMD, but the backglass isn't visible.
I'm not sure what config setting I'm missing here.
VPX 10.7.2
B2S 1.4.1
Amazing table and PUP pack regardless though!

I have a 3 screen setup with the Pup videos on my DMD screen and this is the layout I use:

I tried adding the custom positions like you have, but it didn't help. I tried switching the screen number at the beginning from 5 to all possible values between 0 and 7, but that didn't help either.
Note that I already have the PUP videos on my DMD. I just can't get the backglass to show up, or anything else on my backglass screen. (backglass file is named the same as the table and in the same folder)
I can move the PUP content to either the DMD or backglass, by editing the table script, and copying/pasting the pup config files from the relevant "aaa" folders under \bksor - the problem is that it leaves my other screen blank.
Does the PUP pack and/or table not support both DMD and Backglass screens at the same time?

Got it. Kind of going off what Matt68061 suggested, there are some variables in the script you may want to experiment with. I just copy and pasted the ones from my script that seemed most applicable to your situation. These are the values I have setup on my system, but yours may need to be different.

I'm not sure how helpful this will be, but the only lines I have edited are to change which 2 are commented out, to move the pup pack content from the backglass to the DMD. But I don't see any explanation in the script of how to have pup pack content on BOTH Backglass AND DMD, if that's even possible.

At this point, I'd be happy if I could just use a normal directb2s file on the backglass screen and pup media on the DMD, but I can't even get that to work. I'm not sure if using a pup pack means you cannot use a directb2s file also, but maybe so.
Also, I'm not sure it matters, but I don't have issues like this with any other table, and I use pup packs for many of them. They all seem to either support both backglass and dmd, or they show on the backglass and the DMD has "normal" dot matrix content.
It's ok if this table simply can't do what I want. I just want to find out if it's even possible. Based on the replies, I suspect it is, but I can't for the life of me figure out how.

I see what you're saying. While Pup can control content for multiple screens, in both of our cases we're directing this PupPack's content to the FullDMD screen. I'm using a normal .directb2s for my backglass. It sounds like you're trying that but either B2S is not starting for some reason or your B2S is going to a different screen and covered up.
If you run the table and hit alt-tab, do you see the .directb2s backglass running anywhere, or see it running in task manager?
Here is my whole bksor script which is working for me (Pup to Fulldmd and using .directb2s backglass).

I appreciate the continued help.
My findings -
B2Server is running and does have the backglass file, but it's "hidden" until I Alt-Tab to it. After that, it shows fine.
I tried editing the settings for the backglass screen in the pup pack settings, from ForceOn, to ForceBack, to Show, etc... but nothing made a difference. For this specific game, the video mp4 from the VPX "theme" takes precedence on table launch. No idea why.
I took a look at your bksor script, but it's so vastly different than mine that I'm not sure what to think. My screens also aren't the same as yours, so I'm not sure what I could change that would help. After I Alt-Tab to the B2Server window, it shows up fine on the backglass, so I think the screen number is fine.
Edit - Everything works as expected when I launch the table directly from VPX, so it seems this is a problem with PinUP Popper itself. I'll ask around on the Facebook group.
Thanks!
