I didnt really do anything special here.
 

At the time Michael did Force, we had nothing available regarding the sounds cause they were made on an external sound
synth board that was just a big version of the little pocket zapper sound toys popular in the 80's

Just canned sounds that played when a solenoid pushed the appropriate button.

 

But we didnt have a working one to see, and had no video or audio of a living force machine running, as winds up being the case with many machines from
the south american companies and the small european companies as well.

A lot of these machines are recreated from almost nothing, no manuals, no schematics, no decent source materials to refer to etc.

 

Doing black hole, which was it's own little nightmare, some material came about that let me hear the sounds and determine what solenoids triggered which sounds.
so i could recreate them.

The sounds were identical to what the force would have had, and force has the same solenoid assignments

So i shared that with Michael, it was a simple drop in thing.

 

I still like the silly sounds in his original version, they are fun, even if not authentic
