Guys, If your system is capable - enable these cool modulated flashers in script.

Remarkable how this looks, plays, sounds......everything  :dblthumb:  TOP TOP TOP Job all involved.

I like the ability to set things up in the script, and DANG ! those modulated flashers look incredible.

For those who get the U22 Rom error, i had that too, just read the comment in the original post, follow that and play on !

What a fantastic release. I have only stereo, but the speakers are inside the cab under the playfield. Each little tick, howsoever quiet, when touching the captive balls is hearable. Sooo real.

Thanks to ALL involved, it also looks and plays great.

All, I also get the "U22 Error".  Following the instructions above does not fix it for me. However, it just a brief start up message and does not affect game play in any way.  It it's really bothering you, you can try using the tom_13 rom.

This release goes to show us how much sound is important to the entire package, and what a package it is. I love how there is so much variation on the ball interaction in this table and am hopeful this can lead to other tables reflecting this level of immersion in the future (though I realize what a job this is!).

The aesthetics are great and the physics are top notch.  One of the areas I look for is how shots that punish you in real life punish you in VP and this table so far is doing just that. IE: if you aim for the trunk but miss and hit the post to its right, there's a good chance you will be rewarded with SDTM.  Yeah, with VPX there is always some give and go in certain areas, but IMHO Roths physics are superbly balanced and are the crown jewels of VPX at the moment!

All, I also get the "U22 Error".  Following the instructions above does not fix it for me. However, it just a brief start up message and does not affect game play in any way.  It it's really bothering you, you can try using the tom_13 rom.

Hmmm, until I resolved this issue the other day, the message never went away and would prevent me from starting the game.  I did resolve it at my end though:

For those with similar issues, I had to:

- delete nvram

- load table

- disable exclusive fullscreen

- play table

- press F1

- Ensure "Skip ROM startup tests" is selected

- click ok

- exit table

- reinstate "Exclusive fullscreen" before I get an anxiety attack

- quit VP because of memory leaks

- retry and it now worked ok

Alternatively, the following is to be tried only by those who have some knowledge of the registry and the ill effects it can have if you do not know what you are doing.  So I take ZERO responsibility if you mess things up.  Still want to try?  Ok

- ensure you are NOT in VPX at all (or any VP)

- Ensure you do not have VPM's setup.exe running

- load registry editor in windows (regedit)

- search for the rom:  tom_14hb

- once found, go to the "cheat" entry

- under "Value data", change the 0 for a 1

- exit the registry editor

try it out, did it work?  If you still have issues, you may have an incomplete rom set, so ensure you redownload tom_14hb and the parent rom tom_13.

vargaso1979:  relying on google translate here but your solution is not a good one as that is going to affect the playability of the table. You would be better off ensuring:

- you are on the latest VP10.6

- you do not have any left over .vbs anywhere but in script folder

- you do not have something plugged in that could affect the physics of the table (like a gamepad controller)

I mean, if your solution works for you, all is good but I'm not sure it is a good idea
