I tried the shaker alone and i got nothing from the test manager im startng to think its possibly a hardware issue. i tested the outputs going to the motor and never got anything over 1.8mv while the relay was active in the test manager. Also in the video below i noticed that one of the blue LEDs adjusts brightness when the V adjustment knob is turned. I don't have any LEDs other than the one near the 12V input. I'm not sure if the USB version has those but it's something i noticed.

I changed my DOF configs just like you said and ran AFM and this is my DOF log file:

If you're only getting the one led then either the output isn't active or the led has a cold solder. If the relay manager isn't turning the output on then you'll have to send me the board to test it further since it sounds like a hardware failure.

Well ZEB is in the process of helping me offline. I will be working on mounting and wiring the Teensy and my addressable strips + the LEDWiz and buttons. What are the next steps I can do to resolve the other errors in my log file from post #16?
