In generell, i NOT have to press Plunger to shot out Balls for Ball 2 - 5, strange.

Possible ROM Error ? i am busy now, i don't tried 2nd ROM.

@stat : I don't understand. What did you expect should happen ? I'm no expert on Gemini 2000, but since it is a "replica" of Centaur I mean ??

Ok, so it looks that none of us have a clue about the game's rules :D Then I guess they are not bugs, but features :D

I just talk to him and he says the table plays as it should, and that "the table is perfect!"

Many of what we refer to as "bugs" in the Taito tables, are usually "features", like to restart the table the same state as when the power went off, and for us "virtual" players it means if you quit playing at ball 2, next time you start the table it will continue with ball 3. As I said before, I guess the power lines in the 70's or 80's in Brazil were not very stable, and they could go off at any time, that's why they built that feature :)

@JP LOL. I keep seeing if for me. You have this awesome first ball. All of a sudden the power goes and then you wait for 6 hours for the second ball ? :)

Brazilians and ingenuity at its best if you ask me. Love it !

I guess it was the same like in Mallorca when I was a kid as the power could go off one or two minutes and then come back. Sometime it could go off for 5 minutes. And it could happen several days a week, mostly when I was watching a movie on the tv :)

Anyway, I'll make a small update in a few minutes, since I found a typo in the script :)

Line 206 was:

Sub sw61_UnHit:Controller.Switch(16) = 0:End Sub

and it should be:

Sub sw61_UnHit:Controller.Switch(61) = 0:End Sub

You see, 16 instead of 61. Not very important, since it is the outlane, but important enough :)

UPDATED :)

1.0.2 Update 08.08.2018
- fixed script error in switch 61, left outlane

Sometimes is good to go through all the script again, even if you are 100% sure everything is ok :)

I have also adjusted a little the rubber on top of the left target so there is a little more opening to hit the captive ball from the right flipper :)

Thanks JP for another rare gem, it is a beauty

The bumpers need also a DOF id since they share the sam switch, here's the updated code

' Bumpers
Sub Bumper1_Hit:vpmTimer.PulseSw 72:PlaySound SoundFX("fx_bumper", DOFContactors), 0, 1, -0.04:DOF 103, DOFPulse:End Sub
Sub Bumper2_Hit:vpmTimer.PulseSw 72:PlaySound SoundFX("fx_bumper", DOFContactors), 0, 1, 0.04:DOF 104, DOFPulse:End Sub

Great table!  I too get the weird ball movement in the center of the table.  I thought it was intentional and quite a cool effect.  I might be disappointed if it is accidental.

Just lowered playfield elasticity as suggested by Kiwi and that fixed it.  No more magnet effect.  But just for fun raised playfield elasticity to 1 and it is quite entertaining.

That sounds to me more like a bug than a feature :) I increased the playfield elasticity mostly for the tables with ramps, so the ball could jump a little when falling from the ramps. I didn't see that weird ball movement in the other tables I increased the elasticity, like in Transformers. I'll make an update, but first I want to try it with a value of 1, it sounds fun :)

Can you please take a look at the 2x-5x lane at the top right?  I can't get any balls up to the top.  It enters the lane clean, but then it hits the sides on the curve and loses all momentum.  Thanks!

I'll take a look.

Edit: I found the error. I have moved the rubbers a little around and now the ball has a better passage up to the target :)
