I have a problem whit the sound.
The mechanical sound are very high and i want to lower the volume how do i do that?
I tried to do it inside vpx settings tab like i normally do but it doesn't do anything.

How much did you lower it by in the settings?  I find that the scale is not linear... ei the first 50 does very little and it's not until after 50 that the change starts to become noticeable.

Try a setting as low as 30 or perhaps even 20 and see if that makes a difference.  If there are specific sounds that you wish to adjust, then there are sections in the script that can be tweaked, but the sound you want reduced will need to be known.

I tried 22 that usually works best for me.
I tried setting it to 0 to but it makes no difference!

I've just tested it here for you and 40 is a good level for me and 0 removes all mechanical sounds... so it seems to be something local on your machine sorry.

My problem with the table is that it doesn't end.. After my last ball I need to TILT so that I can then Start a new game.

Load new DOF config files and you should be good.

...thanks for another awesome table! :-)

I don't have any sounds, mechanical or music...I have DOF working. Where is the sound volume adjusted for this table? My settings in the VPx audio settings are all working...all other VPx tables working fine...

Thanks for this great table! But I can't figure out why the UltraDMD is working and at the same time indicating "File Not Found." Makes it hard to read the score.

Edit: As usual, a dumb mistake on my part. I extracted the UltraDMD folder into a folder. Thanks to Outhere for prompting me to go back and recheck my installation.

Installation:
Remember to put the Music folder in the root of the directory where VP is installed.
The Minions.UltraDMD folder has to be placed in the Tables folder.

Great table, thanks!  The kids love it.  They don't notice but I do - my cab has a bad judder on ball movement with this table.    Anybody else?   Other vpinballX tables run on this 10.2.1 machine with no judder.    tried maxprerenderedframes 1  forcing vsync on, vsync off no change.   Whether in the pinballX front end or not.  Newest NVidia drivers.  Renamed (broke the ultraDMD on purpose) the ultradmd folder just to see if that did anything, didn't.  Shrug, will update here when solution found.  Might be pushing my machine to its limits but it's a new core i3 with a gtx1050ti driving the playfield.

Quite often the stutter on problem tables can be resolved but turning off playfield reflections. Not the best solution on some tables... AFM for example, as the rocking saucer looks great reflected on the table. But when it's just a bit of reflection off some bumpers or a wire ramp, it can be a small price to pay for the performance boost.

Any tips on the music Javier??

Table plays beautifully. DMD perfect. Backglass works. Music no. Same as JP's Gargamel for me.

Music is in the Music folder, located correctly.

When I take the music out of that folder (to test only), I get an error saying music can't be located, but the music doesn't seem to play even when I put it back in the right folder.

It wouldn't be a file/folder permissions error would it? ...or blocked files?

I remember windows use to do weird shit like that for me when I had VP in my Applications folder. I ended up moving VPX out to c:/games/VPX and I've never had a permission issue since.

It might be Rusty, I've removed the permissions from the music folder, all files inside and the bass.dll and all other dll files. I'll have another look/

Cheers mate, yes, using Win 10 now. What a pain that has been with permissions.

EDIT - So I tried everything I could think of. Turned off the audio entirely. No change once turned back on. Changed driver settings in Audio Preferences in VPX from Realtek high definition audio (which was working for sound effects, just not music for these games) to Primary Sound Driver and BAM I suddenly have music. Unreal.

Why didn't I tell you to do that?  That's a standard setting for my Poor Man's DOF.

Sorry, it's late and I need sleep. I'll do betterer next time ;)

Might not be releated at all - but, I had studder on UltraDMD tables and I believe it was Sensless that solved it for me by asking me to set UltraDMD timer to enbled and a value of 1. Try, see if changes anything for you.

From now on. I won't help anyone here at VPF. Please ask Noah why that is.

My problem with the table is that it doesn't end.. After my last ball I need to TILT so that I can then Start a new game.

Yes, same problem here. I must always tilt at the end of the game.

Thanks, a very funny table. :otvclap:

I don't do backglasses, but I knocked up this for mine.  It's as basic as basic can be, but it might help until a B2S guru makes something up?  btw Please backup your original before using this ;)

btw... my backglass is 1360 x 768  So I suspect the ultraDMD area size may not match for those on HD????
